CAD Design

Every CAD flat includes:

Tech Pack
The complete production manual for your garment — every detail your factory needs, in one document.
Every Tech Pack includes:
- CAD flat drawings & Construction details
- Colorway pages with Pantone references
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Measurements and Grading
- Point of Measurements (POM)
- Pages for labelling and packaging
- Development sheets
CLO 3D
See your garment on a virtual body before a single sample is cut.
Two options depending on your workflow:
Option A: Fit Check
Your manufacturer creates the pattern from your Tech Pack and sends it to me. I import it into CLO 3D and simulate it on the correct avatar.
Option B: Full Pattern Simulation
I create the complete pattern from scratch in CLO 3D based on your tech pack specifications. The pattern is built, simulated, and fit-tested on the correct avatar before it ever reaches your manufacturer. (not available for complex construction e.g. outerwear).

You know what your design looks like on paper. But your manufacturer, your investors, and your team need to see the finished product before the first sample exists. I turn your CAD flats into photorealistic images. You get a clear visual of your design, ready to share with your manufacturer, your team, or in your pitch deck. Fewer misunderstandings, fewer unnecessary sample rounds, faster decisions.
How It Works
CLO 3D Fit Check
Fewer Samples. Less Waste. Better Fit.
- You provide a finished Tech Pack (created by me or an existing one you already have).
- Your manufacturer creates the pattern based on it
- Manufacturer sends the pattern to me
- I test fit & measurements on a 3D avatar in CLO 3D
- You receive a fit report with corrections (if needed)
- Approved pattern goes back to manufacturer for sampling.
This service requires a pattern from your manufacturer. I do not create the pattern — I verify it before it gets cut, so you avoid costly sample errors.

Monthly price is calculated based on your typical service mix.
How discounts work:
Combination discounts and volume discounts don't stack. If you book a service combination within a volume package, the higher discount applies automatically.
Example: Design to Production (−15%) booked as a Saison package (−15%) = −15%. Design to Tech (−10%) booked as a Saison package (−15%) = −15%.

Step 1 — Tell Me About Your Project
Book a free 15-minute call or send me a project brief. Include your sketches/references, how many styles you need, and your timeline. I'll recommend the right service or package and send you a clear quote within 48 hours.
Step 2 — I Build Your Production Files
Once you approve the quote and made your deposit, I get to work. You'll receive updates at key milestones and one round of revisions is always included per style.
Step 3 — You Go to Production
You receive final, factory-ready files. Your manufacturer has everything in one document — no follow-up questions, no confusion, no extra sample rounds. I'm available for quick clarifications if your factory has questions.
