About Me
Hi, I'm Lisa.
I Turn Designs Into Production-Ready Files.
My Background
How I Got Here
I studied fashion design at Hochschule Niederrhein in Mönchengladbach, one of Germany's most respected programs for textile and fashion.
After graduating, I spent some years in product development and full collection development for a mid-size company.
I worked across women's wear, children's wear, and equestrian- activewear.
From first concept to final product, I covered every step of the process.
Over the years, I developed collections in categories like active wear, athleisure, and children' s wear. I worked with manufacturers in Turkey, India, China, Pakistan, and Portugal.
I know what factories need to produce efficiently and what causes delays.
In 2023, I made the move to freelance.
As a mother of two young kids, I wanted more flexibility in how I structure my work. But that was only part of it.
Throughout my career, I kept seeing the same issue: brands, especially smaller and emerging ones, lost time and money because their production files lacked clarity. I decided to focus on solving that.
Being a mom also gave me a sharper eye for children' s wear. I know firsthand what works for kids and what doesn't. That perspective feeds directly into my work.
How I work
What You Can Expect
Precision over speed. I'd rather take one extra day than send you a file that creates questions at the factory.
Direct communication. You work with me directly — not a team, not an account manager. When you send a message, I reply.
Factory perspective. I don't just design for the screen. I design for the person at the factory who needs to understand your garment in 5 minutes.
Flexibility. Need one tech pack? Done. Need 10 styles per month for the next quarter? Also done. I scale with your needs.
Sustainability
Less Waste Starts With Better Files.
I believe the most sustainable thing a brand can do in product development is get it right before sampling. Every rejected sample is wasted fabric, wasted energy, wasted time.
My job is to minimize that. A precise tech pack and a CLO 3D fit check can eliminate 1-2 sample rounds per style. Across a 20-style collection, that's 20-40 samples that were never cut, sewn, and shipped — just to be rejected.
I also prioritize:
- Digital-first workflows — CLO 3D simulation before physical samples
- Clear material specifications — helping brands choose certified and traceable fabrics
- Accurate grading — reducing fit issues that lead to returns and dead stock
I won't claim to save the planet with a tech pack. But I can help your brand produce smarter, waste less, and make better decisions before a single meter of fabric is cut.

Fun Facts
🐴 I have been a horse girl since childhood. I grew up riding and later worked in equestrian fashion for years. So that came full circle. Right now I am not actively riding, but the love for horses is still there.
☕️ My mornings start with coffee. No conversation, no creative thinking, nothing before that first cup. I am basically a zombie without it.
🍪 I have a serious "Doppelkeks" problem. If there is a pack on my desk, it will be gone by lunch.
👩🏼💻 My workspace looks chaotic. I know where everything is. Most of the time.
🌊 I recharge best at the sea. Sand under my feet, the sound of the water. That is where my head clears.
🌻 My guilty pleasure is BBC Gardeners World. My husband and I watch it together and then make plans for our garden that we never fully finish.
👭🏼 My kids have no idea what I actually do for work. I think they assume I just sit at my computer and drink coffee. They are not completely wrong.
🧘🏼♀️ I practice yoga to stay balanced. With two young kids, a freelance business, and a garden full of unfinished plans, I need it.
Let's Work Together.
Whether you're launching your first collection or need ongoing technical support — I'd love to hear about your project.
